OK it must be the stars because today Circuit 1 is my favorite! lol
HIGH & TIGHT will ALWAYS be my favorite in that program.. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this one.. I feel results the next day.. i can't wait to hit this program head on next week. I've only been dabbling since i got it, but once Chalean is complete i will hit this full-time. EXCITED! then P90X.. YIKES!
