I'll admit, I was bad. I didn't "work-out" these days. (I did standard Yoga though to keep from tightening up).
I'm going against my own belief system and will admit that i just wasn't feeling it. I was not motivated. I was extremely tired.. better yet EXHAUSTED both physically and mentally.
Planning a wedding is no easy feat.. and now I've been catching my focus leaning towards tying up the lose ends and less focused on my business and workouts.
The problem is frustration. This frustration is because of my inability to prioritize my "have to do's", which is frustrating because I'm the master at prioritizing and organization.. So i guess i just needed a re-charge because what good am i if I'm not at my best?
