Tonight's workout:

Brazil Butt Lift:
Cardio Axe
Sculpt (all the way up to triceps will continue on day 198)

ChaLean Extreme:
Ab Burner

What I am trying to do is fit in the workouts i missed last week with the workouts I'm doing this week. The reason why i only did Sculpt up to triceps was #1 my upper body was just spent #2 i wanted to be able to incorporate some upper body with the next two days of lower body that i have to do with this program. It's a WIN WIN!
I felt rejuvenated after this workout. It felt good to rest it really did. I probably should have anyway only because i finished 90 days of ChaLean Extreme. AWESOME Program BTW. I recommend it to anyone that wants to shed pounds and shred up without going the way of P90X. Because let's face it.. not everyone can do the X.. so CLX is a great entry program into the more advanced realm of the Beachbody products.
