Because of a Dr's appt., and errands i need to do that i have been procrastinating on regarding my wedding, i didn't have time to fit in a workout.
But that's OK, because as I've seen it's good to rest so i can come back stronger the next time.
Before meeting with the doc i had to have my stats taken by the nurse. I weigh 106 lbs, my BP is now 104/63 down from 110/70 which has been consistent forEVER! hmm.. i guess this Shakeology and working out thing is playing a role.
The doctor is very pleased with my health. My blood work looks good, I'm getting to a healthier weight, and she loves that i am working out with the intensity that i am as often as i do.
I also discussed with her what to do to prepare for pregnancy after i get married.. She looked at me and giggled, she said "sweetie, you are in great shape! the only thing you need to do is start a prenatal vitamin about two months before and you're good to go". I was very happy to hear that.
Beachbody should come out with pregnancy programs too lol, so i can STAY in shape with I'm preggers next year.
