Bum Bum Rapido
High & Tight

Chalean Extreme:
Extreme Abs

I'm really becoming fond of Bum Bum Rapido! It's a fast 10 minutes butt brutal on the behind! (pun intended lol) Pair that up with High & Tight and you'll be walking tighter than ever! lol
My Abs are killing me this week! I've worked them extreme, and adding Extreme abs definitely pushed me to the edge, i wanted to cry, but i didn't i just kept on plugging through the pain, and thankfully so because this morning's mirror shot looked beautiful! i can't wait to take my pictures! i just have to remember to bring my camera home from FH's!
