Tonight's Workout:

Bum Bum Rapido
Tummy Tuck
High & Tight

Bum Bum Rapido is a GRRREEAATTT starter workout to warm up too. It's INTENSE and EFFECTIVE!
Afterward Tummy Tuck nearly kicked my bum bum. I'm still sore from the last abs workout!
High & Tight is a workout in it's own category. My glutes have never felt the way they do after a H&T workout. It is slower and more controlled and it really targets each specific muscle group in the glute area. The Gluteal Muscles consist of the Gluteus Maximus, Medius, and Minimus, and Brazil Butt Lift focuses on all of those muscles and then some.
