Day 1 of P90X
Told you i was going to just do it!
Tonight's workout:
Chest and Back
The one exercise that i loathe... push-ups..
I'll be frank, i suck at them, especially the military style. However, I bought those P90X power stands and i was able to crank em out.. not the military ones though because those are a whole other animal. Forget decline push ups, i barely squeaked out 1 each time (quite embarrassing). I praise the good Lord that they invented the recovery drink though.. it's YUMMY and it helps A LOT.
The good thing in all of this is that
Beachbody put together an excel spreadsheet that calculates EVERYTHING for you. Based on their formulations, my stats are as follows: (please keep in mind, anything that required a pull up bar i had to use the bands because i don't have a bar at my house, it's at my Fiance's because i have no doorway to use (long story) so my numbers may seem quite high, but i don't know what formula to use for the bands vs. the chair so the formula used is based on the formula that they would use if i used a chair)..
