P90X Day 2

Did an early morning session of Ab Ripper X.
Loved it.. but like I've mentioned in posts prior.. i work my abs a lot so it takes a lot to make it hurt.. Ab Ripper X is comparable to the others but not as hard as i thought.

It works other ab muscles that the others don't and vis-a-vis, therefore i will be mixing in BBL Abs, and CLX Abs into the mix.

I was supposed to do Plyo tonight, but during class today i started to get a bad headache and my stomach just is not right at all.. i think jumping around and getting the HR up won't be a very productive thing to do, let's shoot for tomorrow.
