I Got my appetite back today, and the headache subsided later in the afternoon, thankfully.
Tonight's Workout:
P90X
Plyo
I was not at 100% and i didn't want to push it and relapse so i only did 50% of the workout. For those of you that do not know the Plyo workout; you have "rounds" of certain exercises. You do each round 2ce then move to the next round. In an effort to prevent a relapse i did 1 round of each. I kept my HR at 93% of my max, i cursed at Tony only 2ce and i felt great afterward.
I also found a way to work in abs in some of the moves he did. hee hee.. so yeah i brought it for 1/2 the time. I'll give this one to Tony, we are now even.
