P90X Day 3
Shoulders & Arms
Ab Ripper X
Great workout, only downfall is that i didn't have MY weight set with me, I had my Fiance's so the weights were either to light or to heavy. I'm going to have to try and figure out a way to rearrange the sequence so that those workouts fall on a day when I'm home.. That might entail me starting over again on Monday since my days are messed up now because i took 2 days off this passed week due to illness.. grrrr.
I'll figure it out though.. that's what I'm good at.
What motivates me the most, besides trying to kick TH's butt virtually, is that recovery drink.. my goodness it's like crack! It's tastes amazing!!! and it helps TONS with after workout burn and soreness for sure!
If you are currently working out (using any program or no program at all, i highly recommend it, and you can get it through my webpage at www.eclipsenfitclub.com or directly in the Beachbody store )
Ab Ripper X is much more difficult after you've done a complete workout. When i did it the other morning it was easy, because it was first thing in the AM, my body was taxed from the stresses of the day and doing a complete P90X workout, but i got through it, and found my muscles to be even stronger so i was able to do the moves with even better form and lasted longer. So I'd say I'm one up on Tony.. the score is 2-1 :p..
