This Morning's Workout:
P90X - Day 6
Kenpo X
If you recall my post about the first time i attempted this routine to witness first hand what everyone was complaining about, you would know that i breezed through this routine and begged for me.
I changed my mind. After doing a round of legs the day before; doing Kenpo X is very challenging. It didn't necessarily get my HR to where i wanted it to be compared to the routines from Turbo Jam, but because my legs were so sore getting them up to kick and such was very very hard.
Great workout and look forward to my rest day for sure!
