Tonight's Workout:
P90X Day 5
Legs and back
My goodness! This is a tough one.. (because i'm a bit behind posting i can tell you you WILL be sore for a few days, but i'm feeling it in all the right places i need to firm up!)
If Tony didn't mix in the back (or any other upper body part for that matter) this routine would be darn near impossible to finish. He works in that upper body move just after a couple leg moves to give your legs a break. THANKFULLY!!!!
