With the help of Greenberry Shakeology and the Results and Recovery formula of course!
Without them i never would have gotten through this workout, but i owe it to you, my followers, myself, and anyone else that struggles with lack of motivation or the like to get it done. and DONE i DID.
This was brutal. I started with ab ripper x, then on to plyo, i love plyo once i'm doing it, but hate seeing it on the calender, hey i'm honest! Then chest, shoulders and triceps.. OMG I think my arms are going to fall off.. seriously. This one is NO JOKE. 24 moves. 1 of which is almost damn impossible for me-though i squeaked out 2 reps and that was one-arm push-ups.. even on my knees (which is how i got the 2) it was nearly impossible. oh and the Clap push-ups?? nope.. i did 12 perfect form toe push-ups with no clap AT ALL.. i tried on my knees, but i just couldn't.. maybe because i was just SPENT by that move, after-all it was #19 on the list. better luck next time i guess.
Now i type this up, drinking my greenberry shakeology and results and recovery (yes, i mixed them, tastes great) then off to a team call and bed.. I'm exhausted
