Back and Biceps

I'm already feeling the pain from yesterday's bright idea =D, so i decided to do extreme abs.. what was i thinking!?!? hahahahha!!! ouch!! but i did it and i'm glad i did.
Back and Biceps was TOTALLY AWESOME! I think my new favorite move ever is Strip-Set Curls!!! LOVE IT!! hard, but awesome.. I'm going to feel that one tomorrow for sure.. heck what am i talking about I'm still feeling yesterday's workouts lol
The one thing that i noticed with P90X is constantly "feeling it". I'm on week 5 and i still hurt.. Tony definitely knows his stuff because without this muscle confusion i wouldn't be feeling this way that's for sure.. is it annoying sometimes? absolutely! But my body is looking more AWESOME everyday.. I'm proud to have my "Beachbody" for my honeymoon..
