ARX is slowly becoming something i despise... it's not because of the excruciating burning that i get, it's just monotonous for me.. just kidding lol.. every time i use it i get better, and stronger, and I'm now able to do bicycles without stopping.. reverse is killer!
Legs and back will always be my favorite.. i just wish we did more of it.. once I'm done with the 90 days (If Turbo Fire hasn't come out yet) i think I'm going to hybrid the X and add another day of legs in there some how. I'll figure it out. or find someone who already did it.
