Yoga X
I really need to get better at blogging my workouts.. i'm getting to far behind again.
Anywho.. i thought i had team calls tonight, but i forgot they were cancelled, so i started Yoga X really late. I opted for the balance portion so i could sleep.
I love Yoga, in general, not just Yoga X. It calms the mind and body (yes i know, but it really does) i started the practice about 2 years ago, and I'm so glad i did. It's made a huge difference in my flexibility and strength and mind quieting-though i wish it would benefit when i have a panic attack, but hey I'll take what i can get right?
