V ups? it's a love/hate relationship!
But I LOVE CS&T!.. i was able to do clap push-ups tonight. Last week i couldn't eek out 1; tonight i did 6. This program is no joke! The strength your core gets on almost all of the workouts, PLUS my upper body, which has always been the weaker due to my stature and shoulder injury, is now hammering out clap push-ups. The 1 arm push-ups that i also couldn't do last week, i did 4. Not without pain though, and not a good pain either.. This one is going to require a huge work around as it puts too much pressure on my back when i have to bend and twist. I don't recommend this move if you have back issues. Hopefully, when i near the end of P90X round 1 i will be able to get through it without pain even if it's just 1 or 2.
Tonight also starts my 8-8-30 challenge.. i have 13 minutes before lights out, so let me call my man and head to la la land!
