Plyo

Did plyo, then headed for a round of high & tight with BBL. I need more rear and leg work. I LOVE P90X, don't' get me wrong, but i feel i do a lot more upper than lower, even though there is Plyo and Kenpo and Yoga plus Legs & back, i just don't feel it's enough for me personally.


Recap of Night 1 of 8/8/30:
Took me about 30 minutes to fall asleep, which is OK for my first night and not being tired enough to sleep right away. I only tossed a couple of times, but for the most part i slept great. So Far @ 7:10am i feel refreshed and not tired like i normally do. I did also drink 64 oz of water, maybe more if you consider my 10oz Shakeology, AM coffee and 12oz Recovery drink.
