Legs and Back
Ab Ripper X

I love Legs and back.. mostly the legs part lol.. I utilized the pull-up bar again.. still needed the chair but getting better and stronger!


I decided that i am going to do the Shake-cleanse.. but instead of 3 day i'm doing 2 day, only because you are supposed to do it on a recovery or rest week, that for me is starting next weekend and i have a birthday party to go to for a good friend of mine, and I'm eating. lol


Recap of Night 4 - 8/8/30
Fell asleep fairly quickly, but i was tired. 1.5 hours of Yoga X and 2 briefings and 1 team call and 1 webinar will do that to a person. Plus being around all the kids at work (bring your child to work day) was enough to drain even Superman. Would have been a great night sleep had i not tossed and turned from 2 am on. i must have woken up 6-7 times from 2am to 5am when my alarm went off. Woke up EXHAUSTED and off balance, and a little agitated.
