Yoga X
I love the Yoga. and the more i do it, the better it gets and the more flexible I get. I actually did CRANE again and managed to stay balanced for 15 more seconds than the last time. If you need stress relief i highly recommend Yoga X. Not only will it work you out it will calm your mind and body.
Recap of Night 3 - 8/8/30
Another difficult time falling asleep, but once i did i was down until about 430 and that is when i started tossing and turning. Woke up extremely tired, almost like i barely slept. Was not very motivated during the day, and did a lot of yawning.. just felt drained altogether. Tomorrow is another night!
