I APOLOGIZE GREATLY for not blogging.. I have been SO BUSY with wedding prep i fell too far behind.
Instead of back-blogging, i decided to simply recap those days
Friday 04/30 i didn't do legs & back due to commuting and dinner with my Fiancè and a close friend of ours.
So i moved it up a day to 05/01/10 and moved Kenpo X to 05/02/10.
Recap of Night #11 - 8/8/30
6.5 hours last night.. BEST.. I did have minor trouble falling asleep, but it wasn't because i wasn't tired. I was forward visualizing the wedding day.. and of course that movie preview kept playing over and over.. It drove me nuts! That's my cue that I'm starting to get underlying stress, which i find odd in last night's case because i did 1.5 hours of Yoga. I slept great though. i only tossed twice, then the alarm went off and i woke up with no problems. so i think 6.5 is my magical number.
Last night (05/03/10) i sat in 2 hours worth of traffic after work to get to a Dr. appointment up by my, soon-to-be, home which threw my entire night off. I got back from the Dr around 7:45pm, grabbed a quick bite, and did a part of the Yoga X. Drove all the way to my current residence, didn't get home until after 10pm.
I also decided that I'm not continuing the 8/8/30 challenge.
Why? because i cannot sleep for 8 hours. I'm a 6.5 hour kinda gal, as demonstrated. With 6.5 hours I'm sleeping more soundly, and feel more rested than i ever could with the 8 that i gave a heartfelt attempt at. However, i AM continuing with the 64 oz of water daily.
