Fixed the bum elbow! I do believe it was something like a pinched nerve because when I was doing my Yoga and had my arm raised up in Triangle, my shoulder blade popped a little bit and the tightness and pain subsided. By the time I was finished with the session I had no ill feeling in that area at all.. Whew! I was getting nervous lol
Because the pain has subsided i was able to do CRANE.. not much better than last week, but I did it none-the-less! I haven't been able to work Kenpo in yet.. I might have to scratch that idea.
Recap of Night #10 - 8/8/30
Well, going to bed just a little later made a little bit more of a difference. I fell asleep faster and i didn't toss as much. So far 7 hours is better than 8 for me personally, but still not great.
