Had a crappy workout tonight. I just wasn't motivated to BRING IT. Well, i WAS until i actually started working out.
I'm not a fan of this routine. Though ARX was da bomb; chest, shoulders and tris was something that i did half-assed, and i will admit it.
We all have good days and bad days, and this was my bad day (I did my best and forgot the rest). I'm not ashamed to admit it, in fact if i wanted to i could just blow it up like i had the greatest workout ever, you wouldn't be the wiser. What purpose would that serve though? Seriously, I'm blogging to help others, not to play smoke and mirrors. The one thing i am upset about is my last laptop had my before pics on it and i don't' think i had the chance to move them to the portable HD before it fried itself so i have nothing to compare the pics to.. :(
