Great workout! Love Plyo.. still one of my faves! had a workout buddy in WOWY today.. I love when people join me that i "sort of" know lol..
It's almost here.. 11 days left until my wedding and i couldn't be happier with the results that the Beachbody programs have given me so far since i started this 290 days ago.. wow 290 days ago.. felt like yesterday.
It is going to become increasingly harder to get these workouts in. Thursday being one of them because it's a commute day for me and i have a dentist appointment after work. It's Yoga though, and i can fit Yoga in anytime of the week if i need to. I always stress the importance of Yoga for the P90X workout, and it's no different for me, but i rather miss a Yoga day then say a legs and back ARX day for sure. I'll play it by ear though, you never know what will happen, i may just get it in.
