Back & Biceps
Ab Ripper X

OK so i posted on Facebook that it was chest and back today.. not for me.. Week 10 is back and biceps, which is what i did and i loved every second of it.. It's the "Glamour workout" as Tony puts it. And he's right, for risk of sounding vain my arms look hot lol..
ARX was also a killer tonight as usual.. but i did it like usual and my abs are a burning unit right now.. i actually modified the one workout (forgive me i can't remember the name of it) you lie down legs in a v and do a straight sit up then cross your arm to your opposite foot. I hate this workout. Not because i can't do it, but because it's just annoying to me. SO i modified it. Same premise, i lie down with V legs, arms raised in front of me. i lift straight up then lean left, center, right. focusing on the oblique crunch, then i alternate on the next one. so much more fun and i actually feel it more too. Same workout, different way.

I also wanted to take a moment from my wedding blog here to talk to you about Team Beachbody coaching.
I know A LOT of people that do P90X and other Beachbody workouts, and A LOT of those same people talk to other people about said workouts and then those people go to Beachbody and buy the program. why? because the results are visible, they are real, and the program(s) work. So why wouldn't you become a coach? You just coached a person.. and all you did was tell them how you got in shape. So instead of you making a 25% comission on the product and any workout equipment someone might buy you are just a P90X user.
