Get me a fire extinguisher!

I FINALLY had time to do a Turbo Fire workout.

I'm joining a TurboFire (TF) challenge on July 5th, and i wanted to get familiar with the program and the moves. Instead of going with the TF Schedule i decided to go with the TF Prep schedule (which really isn't too different to be quite honest).

The only downfall to my workout tonight was the DVD player i was using. I lost the remote eons ago, and the actual unit itself doesn't allow for you to select items on the menu other than what's already highlighted. Instead of doing Fire 30 (New to class) and Stretch 10, i was only able to do the regular Fire 30, which was challenging because i wasn't used to the moves. Some moves i was OK with because they were familiar because of Turbo Jam, but the cues and such i was lost on.

All-in-all a VERY challenging workout, Chalene DEFINITELY keeps you hooked, and it's not boring by far. The music is great too!!

Afterward i made myself a quick grilled chicken breast and string beans along with the P90X recovery formula that i didn't finish while i was working out. Once dinner was finished i went on the hunt for my portable DVD player, which i found, so tomorrow i can do the workouts that i need to do.

The TF program comes with a ChaLean Extreme/TurboFire hybrid workout, but I'm thinking i might incorporate TF and P90X for a Hybrid. While working the program I'll work on a schedule and see how it would work based on the design of the individual programs.

I have also decided to become a personal trainer. This is something I've been wanting to do now since i was a teenager, and i never did it, but because of technology today and the ability to do study-at-home programs i can finally do it. I made an inquiry today to one of the most recognized certifications in the country and i will be enrolled by the end of the month. I'm super excited to be able to help people personally as opposed to just blogging about my experiences. It just brings my customer service background to a much higher level.

If you have any questions regarding the TurboFire program, or are interested in purchasing, please let me know and i will assist you. You can reach me directly at njfitclub@gmail.com.
