Tonight was SUPPOSED to be TF Stretch 40, but because i sat in @#(%&@(#$&@#%( Traffic trying to get home from work because someone had to be a genius and flip their car over and shut down 3 highways with me amongst it; dropped my workout time to Nil and my panic/anxiety levels to infinity and beyond. So i opted for the quick HIIT 15, which would normally be on the regular schedule of TF. (sorry for the run-on and on sentence)
I thought it would help calm me down once the fire went out, but it didn't :(.. so i made myself some grilled chicken, brocolli and mini farfalle (picollini) in garlic infused EVOO, and i'm sitting outside by my fountain trying to digress.
On another note, i signed up for NASM CPT training courses today. I'm excited about that! Once i complete the course in a few months i will be that much closer to being able to help people get healthier.
