May 31st to June 5th
I have already completed the first 90 days of P90X.
It's a quiet Sunday night here and my husband and I had a nice day at the pool followed by an afternoon nap, a great dinner at a new restaurant followed by a nice long walk and a cappuccino. He's resting now and I'm catching up on updates and e-mails and uploading photos!
My P90X Schedule this passed week went like this:
D1- Chest Shoulders & Triceps , ARX
D2- Plyometrics
D3- Back & Biceps, ARX
D4- Yoga X
D5- Legs & Back, ARX
D6-Final Day!!! KENPO X
In The meantime, June 18th Turbo Fire Arrives, so i will be creating a hybrid workout from when i return from the honeymoon until after July 4th when the Turbo Fire challenge starts! For more information on this please e-mail me at njfitclub@gmail.com.
Now for a belly shot.. I'm so happy my belly is this good. Hopefully, after the next 30-90 days, I'll be 6 packed! When my last laptop crashed i lost my before shots so I'll have to start here.. Trust me it's a 99% improvement!
