When i created the blog i started from Day 1 and worked my way up to the wedding.
Now what to do? hmmm... what a conundrum!
I should be receiving TurboFire today in the mail, so tonight, as much as a i want to, will not be working out with this routine for the simple reason of i have to review the program etc. Bummer, i know..
Also, another coach has decided to put together a TurboFire Challenge starting on July 5th. This way everyone should have received their copies and it won't be obstructed by the holiday weekend. So i might have to hybrid until that day because I'm joining that challenge.
I'm also trying to adjust to my new life. My commute to work has doubled, and I'm VERY tired all the time. I want to workout, but sometimes I'm just too exhausted. It's an adjustment phase i know, but it is really taking it's toll on my workouts. There just isn't enough time to do everything i need to do after work, workout and unwind so i can sleep, since i wake up at an ungodly hour.
Planning a wedding and working out was easy compared to this! I guess this is just an adjustment phase, so maybe when July 5th does roll around I'll be good to go and hopefully adjusted.
