Challenge Day 3

9/15/10

I was VERY sore and stiff this morning when i woke up. My legs are burning and tight, my upper body is still sore from Monday's slaughter! So, if that wasn't enough, today was:

P90X:
Shoulder & Arms
Ab Ripper X

Ok ARX is a mean mean mean workout for abs, but something in me hates it enough not to want to do it.. I had this problem during the 1st round of P90X. I just do not like 80% of the moves.. they bore me! I don't know what it is! It's not like they aren't challenging, because they are! I just don't want to do them!

So, i decided that I'm going to rotate out ARX for all of the other ab programs i have in the library of beachbody workouts i have. Brazil Butt Lift has a kick ass ab routine that i love for some reason. Chalean Extreme has 2 great Ab routines, and i haven't done Turbofire's Ab routine yet, but I'm sure it's good. I know i have ONE on ONE abs somewhere i just have to find it.. it's just something about ARX that i don't want to do.. It almost feels like kryptonite to Superman, but not in that way. It's hard to explain, it doesn't zap me of energy it just makes me not want to do it! Well, that's a lie.. i just don't want to do SOME of the moves.. I hate the leg climbers, the rocking v up things, and the wide leg one and there is another one too, the rest i love! especially the 1st 3 and the very last one! those are my fave and they give a real good burn too!

Did any of that make sense? sorry if it didn't, but it doesn't make sense to me either! lol

Anyway, the 3rd day of the challenge was a great one! Tomorrow is going to be a pusher.. this i will have to split into two parts of the day.. I have Fire 30. stretch 10 and Yoga X! good! i need a great stretch! I'll let you know how it goes!
