Challenge Day 2

Today i think i might have bitten off more than i could chew.

Today's workout for me was:

TurboFire:
HIIT 15
Stretch 10

P09X:
Plyometrics

Let me first start off by talking about how i felt going INTO my workout. PAIN hahhahaha! Yesterday's workout kicked my upper body's butt! That wasn't stopping me though!!! I learned from the last round of P90X that when you work through it you actually feel better quicker.

I chose to start with HIIT 15 first, because that takes a lot out of you. It's not easy despite it's lower amount of time. I followed that with Plyo and ended with Stretch 10.

I was cursing them both today, hopefully my neighbors weren't offended lol.

Despite my disgust with them (in a good way) i had a GREAT workout, and i learned a lot about what i can tolerate, and proved to myself that i DO need to work on my cardio endurance and i even might have to have my heart and/or lungs checked... i felt a couple palps and I coughed quite a few times which i felt was a little odd. I'm not worried, just want to make sure i'm not going to be surprised by something. Better to err on the side of caution. It is NOT going to stop me from working out though! no way!

Then came the present at the end.. That results and recovery drink.. i LOVE that stuff.. I wish i could drink it just because lol.

I'll let you know how i feel tomorrow regarding today's workout.
