Day 1

Day 1 of the Fall Fitness Challenge complete! Whew!

If you've followed this blog at all, you would know that i haven't been able to do hard core workouts, doc had me doing Yoga only.. boooo

Well, I felt that today.
I'm doing a P90X Classic/TurboFire hybrid

Today:
P90X W1D1 Chest & Back
Ab Ripper X
TF Stretch 10

P90X wiped me out; much like it did when i did it the first time.
but the icing on the cake was Stretch 10.. and i mean that in a great way.. it helped pull those tight muscles.
The whipped cream was the P90X results and recovery drink.. yuuuuummmmmmmm
Now, to add the cherry on top.. a nice hot shower to losen up and get rid of all the goo that poured outta me!

Can't wait to see how my Pioneers did today!
