Day 27 was a rest day

I needed to get a workout in because i was so unmotivated to do anything today. So i opted for:
Turbo Jam
20 minute
Turbo Fire
Abs 10
Stretch 10
TJ 20 minute is a fun workout, that's why i chose it. It's challenging enough to make it worth my energy, and fun enough to keep me interested on days like today.
After emailing with another coach, he mentioned that TF Abs10 was killer. I hadn't done it up to that point so i decided to just do it. OMG! Now THAT is a quick abs workout, 10 minutes does NOT feel like 10 minutes at all, and in Chalene fashion,.. she works it! Thanks Chalene!
Stretch 10 is my all time fave, especially the rotator cuff stretch.. LOVE that one!
