I did a lot of yardwork, heavy lifting and such and I did a lot of studying on these days, and not for lack of want to work out, i realized during my studies, that though i was working out, I may be counter-productive based on my own fitness assessment.
With my new found knowledge, i decided to drop from a schedule and workout based on the muscles i had to work to correct my posture and the full kinetic chain in order to take full advantage of my workouts.
I worked in an office environment pretty much since i graduated high school back in '92, which has put my posture out of alignment, and being that i wore high heels a lot with my office suits it has negatively affected my feet; that kept them in a plantar flexed position for extended periods of time. I now suffer from the beginning stages of PF which, if anyone has it knows, is quite painful. Before it gets worse, i want to try and reverse it, not knowing if i actually can or not, but i want to try.
I am still using P90X, Turbo Fire and such, just not scheduled like they have listed, because i want to focus on certain muscles.
Moving forward my challenge days will now start again at Day 25.
