Day 10

8/12/09 10-Minute Trainer® > Cardio, 10-Minute Trainer® > Total Body

Another sweat producing workout. I don't know what came over me, but i did the total body again today. I guess i wanted to keep my body rounded, being as my lower body is now totally sore.. from the calf muscles to the butt muscles.. no pain no gain!!!

I puffed through this workout, it was even more challenging because of my soreness, but i did it..
