Day 57

I'm BACK!

Well, not 100%, but I'm working on it. Hopefully tomorrow i can get back to my TMT workouts.

Tonight i wanted to ease into the hardcore routine so i opted for the Great Body series; Stretch, ABS, and Thighs. WHOA!

It's so amazing to me how being sick for a few days can really set you back. I do know this though.. muscles have memory and i WILL bounce back quick.

I am also working on a nutrition plan for myself as well. I know i talked about the eating clean in my last post, i might have to ease into that though as not to put my body into shock. I'll do 40-60, 60 being the clean and work on the other 40% in the next 30-60 days. Perfectly in time for the holidays!

I also have to get next month's workouts set up too! Lots of work to do and so little time to do it in!
