Yoga Flex


One On One w/ TH:
Cardio Intervals

and as if that wasn't enough torture i decided to re-try Day 1 of the challenges. Why the heck not i already felt like i was going to be sick.. might as well make it worth it if i never recover! lol just kidding, you should never be as stupid as i was tonight.. if you feel sick, dizzy or having trouble breathing stop working out.

Instead of doing one challenge each, i used them like circuit training. Push ups/Sit ups/Squats
Push-ups
2,3,2,2,4 = 13 - yeah i brought it

Sit-ups
9,9,6,6,10 = 40

Squats
13,16,9,9,16 = 63
I probably could have hammered out a few more squats, but Tony really worked my legs lol.

I've also been trying my hand at those smoothies.. i created one i REALLY like a lot.
1.5 cups of the new tropicana OJ (1/2 sugar)
1 container of Dannon-Fruit on the bottom Raspberry yogurt
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup frozen raspberries
1 tablespoon organic honey
1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
1 scoop whey protein-no flavor

It's like drinking raspberry sherbert/sorbet mmmmmmm yummy!
This is my new ride to work commuter breakfast!
