Day 86

Trainer Mike Day!

I wasn't motivated, so i whined a lot.. Sorry Mike.. but i did the workout, and a good one it was!

Bicep curls
Squats with "heavy weight" lol yeah my legs are feeling it, i don't know how i'm going to do my 100/200/200 challenges lol.
Punches with the bands
Pulls with the band with squats
Lawnmower pulls with the bands
Reclined Crunches (ouch)
Jogging in place
Jumping Jacks
and these side skip things.

After work i completed Day 2 of the 100/200/200 challange. My abs are spent, and my legs are spent too, but i completed them.

Sit-ups
9,12,9,9,10

Push-ups
3,4,2,3,4

Squats
13,16,13,13,16

I couldn't really push myself passed the required numbers tonight, it was hard enough just getting to them, but very much worth it!
