Smoothie of the Day

After my workout last night i created another smoothie. This one was OK. i was aiming for a strawberry banana combo, but it was more like banana with a touch of strawberry. It was good, but not what i wanted even though it served its purpose.

4oz OJ
4oz Mango Juice
4oz Plain organic low fat yogurt
1 small banana
1/2 cup strawberries
1 tablespoon Flaxseed Oil
1 scoop whey protein-natural flavored.

Next time i embark on this one it's going to be 1/2 a small banana and 1 cup of strawberries. That should do the trick! I'll let you know.
