Tonight's workout was a stretcher.. Between all of the challenges, TMT workouts, and Trainer Mike, my legs and abs are SHOT.
So I did some sun salutations, Yoga Flex, and a walked about a mile with my shape-ups. I really needed to get the muscles worked out and bring up my heart rate.
Tonight's Smoothie (also for tomorrow's ride in to work)
8oz OJ
1/2 frozen banana
3/4 cup frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
1 scoop Whey protein
1 container dannon blueberry fruit on the bottom yogurt.
