Circuit training today because two other people ACTUALLY showed up for boot camp! lol
Elliptical, punches with the bands, wide leg squats with weights, off the side of bench lower ab crunches (i mixed it up with oblique twists), push-ups (so much for my challenge tonight I'll have to do it tomorrow), triceps with the bands, jogging in place. we did this for 30 full minutes!
Like i've said before.. THANK GOD FOR THOSE SHOWERS!
