Not sure if i ever mentioned in prior posts, but i have a bad left knee. It's something i have been dealing with since High School.
It started out as a pulled muscle behind my knee during one of our weekly aerobics sessins in gym class, and because i babied it and over compensated (on my toes which put pressure on my knee), instead of getting it checked out it just wreaked havoc on my knee through the years. Add high heels for work daily and there you have it.
My knee crunches and snaps and although it doesn't hurt it sounds gross and feels even worse! lol *chills*
Wouldn't you know it! today, on my twitter page, is an article sent from Activenetwork.com regarding just that and what exercises you can do to help eleviate it.

I have yet to try this workout, but will in the near future.Anything to help eleviate it!
