Tonight's Workout:

P90X Day 2
Plyo - (Plyometrics)

Great gains have been made for this workout.

Back in the days of starting 10 Minute Trainer and using the One on One DVDs, it was very difficult.. scratch that.. it was IMPOSSIBLE for me to do the jump knee raises. I couldn't get my legs off the ground because my hip-flexor muscles just didn't have the strength to make it happen.

Well tonight it happened, and i couldn't be more happy. Now i may not have landed quietly, but i did the moves (1 thing at a time here!). I was able to do keep up and do all minus the double-time.. i was only able to get two in at that fast pace, so i reverted back to single pace.
