P90X- Day 4
Yoga X
The most comprehensive and balance Yoga workout I have ever had the chance to do from a workout DVD. Impressive.
The first hour is Vinyasa Yoga. Very Very good.. Tony dig's deep.. The last 30 minutes is balancing poses. Very good to calm the mind and exercise concentration. Plus the obvious of strengthening your core for balance which is very needed in workout routines.
The only down side is time.. it's 1.5 hours. In this day and age who has 1.5 hours to devote to Yoga? Thankfully, it's only 1 day a week, but it is much needed and should not be skipped.
