Ab Ripper X
Ab Ripper X? NO problem. Back & Biceps? Impossible with bum elbow. I tried to do what i could, but was very limited. because the range of motion used on most of the bicep exercises were the exact ones that made the elbow area scream in agony. Using the bands for the back exercises.. SAME THING.. i tried to give it what i could, but to prevent any further injury, or piss off the elbow further, i opted to drop the workout and ice it.
Recap of Night #9 - 8/8/30
I Went to bed 15 minutes later than normal and still no progress. Tossed and turned a lot, and because of the elbow i managed to make the movement that makes me see stars, so you can imagine that sleep wasn't very good. When i did manage to stay asleep long enough to dream, the dreams weren't very good ones. A lot of strife... i think it's a stress component. So tonight, i decided, to go to bed an hour later which will bring me to 7 hours of sleep and see what that does. Before i started this i wasn't having any problems except being tired during the day, now i am no longer tired during the day, but very tired in the morning and i have a heck of a commute so i can't be tired driving on the highway in the morning.
I can make a note of this though... after doing only 1 day of the shake-cleanse, and getting as much of an 8 hour sleep my tossing will allow, I'm losing weight when i don't even want to. Now i have to increase my caloric intake to make up for the lost pounds.. this is not good considering my dress did fit perfectly, now it's a little lose..
