This particular gentleman is drinking the Shakeology, and since May he's lost 20lbs.
He's so motivated to get into better shape, he's eating better since he's been drinking Shakeology and working out. All this while home from college and is continuing while back on campus.
He mentioned when he sampled Shakeology that he wanted something healthy he could have while away at school, since most of the choices are fast food, and he mentioned he put the weight on to prove it. I gave him the alternative and he's now using it and seeing amazing results.
